These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your use of our website located at processiq.com (the "Site") and all related services, applications, and tools where these Terms are referenced (together with the Site, the "Services"), operated by ProcessIQ.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Services.

Account
A unique account created for you to access our Services or parts of our Services.

3.1Account Registration
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Services.

4.1Subscription Period
Some parts of the Services are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
4.2Automatic Renewal
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or ProcessIQ cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting ProcessIQ customer support team.
4.3Free Trial
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time ("Free Trial"). You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial. If you do enter your billing information when signing up for the Free Trial, you will not be charged by ProcessIQ until the Free Trial has expired. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless you cancelled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee for the type of Subscription you have selected.
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by You), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ProcessIQ and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ProcessIQ.
You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for Content you or any third party posts on or through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ProcessIQ or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if ProcessIQ or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that some of the above limitations may not apply. In these states, each party's liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
